• Confirmed totals sort from highest to lowest; ties favor the earlier qualifying placement.
• Existing listings pay only the target-total difference.
• Only verified successful payments change rankings.
• No position duration is guaranteed.

URL eligibility

• One normalized destination equals one listing.
• Public HTTPS destinations and supported public profiles are eligible.
• Shorteners, private networks, malware, illegal content, impersonation, and deceptive destinations are prohibited.

Integrity and moderation

• Fraudulent payments and click manipulation are prohibited.
• Rankings are paid placements, not editorial endorsements.
• The operator may hide or remove listings that violate these rules.
